New trade ordering process 2022
Our IT boffins have been busy updating the website to streamline the trade ordering process for you.
Trade customers can now place a wholesale order securely online.
The website changes allow you to view trade only prices, to order online and to view previous orders.
As before, there is a minimum order value of £100 and orders over £300 have postage paid.
To use the new Scottish Sea Glass trade system please.
1. Go to www.scottishseaglass.co.uk and click Sign In / Register.
2. Register with your email address and you will be sent a password to your email. You can change this password by following the links.
3. Let me know via email that you have registered an account and please let me know the email address you signed up with. I will verify the account to enable access to trade section.
4. When you login, you will now see trade prices ( which is blanked in the picture below ) and you can place your order online.
5. At the checkout first time orders please either select your, returning customer click Invoice option. As before, invoices have 30 days to make full payment from the date you receive your jewellery. I’ll confirm your order and provide lead times via email.
6. Any issues or if you’d prefer to use the original trade order method (sending me an email of what you’d like), please let me know.
